Terms and Conditions

Cancellations: 
Cancellations and changes must be done in writing (e.g. email or fax). We do not accept cancellations or reservation changes by telephone or in person. A confirmed reservation can be cancelled or changed until 2 full days prior scheduled arrival date. In case of non-arrival on the day (no-show) or cancellation (or change) less than 2 days, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your stay. From the day of arrival, the reservation can not be cancelled or changed and full payment for the number of nights confirmed at the time of booking will be charged. 

Payment: 
Full payment for your stay is required at check-in. Alternatively, we require a credit card print to secure payment at a later time during your stay. You will be advised accordingly when you make a reservation inquiry. Travellers cheques, personal cheques or cash in foreign currencies other than USD are not accepted for payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and UnionPay credit cards. 

Confirmations: 
Confirmations that are received by email or fax will be processed and confirmed by our reservation office within 24 hours. A reservation is considered provisional until the hotel confirms acceptance of the reservation. We confirm the reservation by email, stating the reservation details. 

Check-In and Check-Out Times: 
Our check-in starts at 2:00 PM. Check-out is until 12 PM. Guests are required to pay early check-in and late check-out fees of $20.00 each. We have a right to refuse service. 

Additional Fees and Charges:
Damage deposit: guests will be held liable for any items damaged, the hotel will charge full price of the damaged item plus the fees of any other maintenance service. 
Children 3 and under can stay for free, children above 3 years old can stay for an additional $10.00 per person when using an available children’s bed/crib. 
Extra beds: Adults pay $25.00 per person when using an available extra bed. Pets are not allowed.
